Ingredients: Finger Millet (65%), Semolina, Bull driven Groundnut oil, Bengal gram Dal, Salt and Curry leaf.
Preparation Method: (Don’t add water)
Take 1 Cup of our Ragi idly Mix .
Add 1 and half cup of curd.
Get Idly Batter Consistency.
Set aside for 5 min.
Pour Batter in idly stand and steam for 15 minutes ( Do not over cook)
Serve hot idlies with chutney.
